Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Also featured in this recent image disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.

This development map is marked up in notations in red and contains a key identifying different parts of the estate.

Alongside this are what seem to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.

Further images released as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
